Communication Technology

Life Forward has stepped up our communication with clients over the phone and through email. We’ve also experienced a large increase in the use of text messaging. Additionally, a key to connecting with clients has been the introduction of telehealth visits via video conferencing.

Increased Material Support

Many moms in our community are facing financial insecurity because of the current economic conditions. Life Forward was blessed with a generous gift of literally truckloads of baby items that has allowed us to expand our material support to families in need.

Car Seat Program

When Life Forward learned that our usual sources for providing car seats to clients were on hold due to the pandemic, we moved forward and developed our own car seat education program allowing moms to complete an on-line car seat class safety and receive a new car seat for their babies.

“Thank you, thank you! God bless all of you!” - “Gus,” Life Forward Client

“I wanted to continue to connect with clients on an emotional and spiritual level.  Since face-to-face conversations have been limited, I decided to write notes to include with the Care Closet items clients receive.” - Hannah Dell, Sonographer

“I’m grateful for all of the help and services I received at Life Forward.” - “Amanda,” Life Forward Client

“One thing that has been impactful for me is that we have adjusted most of our guidelines to be more GENEROUS.  This is a principle that serves everyone well both receivers and givers.  Both parties are humbled and blessed.  It’s also made me think differently about trusting God to provide BIG things when we need them.  I should have an expectation that God will show up and not be concerning myself with trying to hoard or ration things out evenly.  God will entrust us with much if we honor Him with it!” - Melissa Guzman, Director of Client Services

“Thanks so much for the stuff for my baby brother!” - “Dante” (age 10), Life Forward Client
