Nick's Story

"Nick" called Life Forward asking about parenting classes for dads. He'd been to Life Forward previously when his girlfriend was pregnant. He was really interested in a refresher course to help him improve his parenting skills and become a better father to his children. Life Forward is now using a new education software that allows us to send out video lessons to clients and this was a great way to help Nick. As a follow up, Hannah, one of our Client Services Team members, mailed Nick one of our dad care packages for which he was very thankful. So far, Nick has completed a few lessons and seems eager to learn and grow.

The innovation of the new education software and the personal touch of sending Nick a care package are just two ways that Life Forward has broadened and strengthened our outreach to people with whom we may not otherwise have connected. We’re grateful for technology and resources that allow Life Forward to provide support in new and different ways to the families in our community.
