Register
Register to participate on your own or join a team! Looking to get more involved? Become a Team Captain—help organize your group, bring people together, and build momentum as you prepare for race day.
Or Volunteer at the Event—assist on race day by supporting participants and helping create an energetic, welcoming event. Sign up today.
Raise Support
After registering, set up your fundraising page to invite friends, family, and your community to sponsor you in the event. Raise $25 to receive a free event T-shirt. Plus earn more Life Forward swag for raising $100, $300, or $600; and the individual raising the most support wins a special prize!
