Luis’ Story: Courage in a New Beginning

Camila and Luis recently came to Cincinnati hoping for new opportunities. As they navigated a new city with limited English, they felt uncertain and overwhelmed, especially when they realized their family may be growing.

When they found Life Forward and received a call to schedule an appointment in Spanish, a wave of relief washed over them. Suddenly, they felt they weren’t in this completely alone.

At their visit, they experienced clear communication, compassion, and practical support. They enrolled in parenting classes and received referrals to Spanish-speaking care providers. Luis shared their gratitude and before leaving, he asked to pray for the staff and their work serving families like his.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate fathers like Luis, who step up in uncertainty, seek support, and walk faithfully alongside their families with courage and love. Because of Luis’ presence, Camila doesn’t have to walk this journey alone.
